Club Bari Bites’ monthly meal plans best serve someone at least 2 months after their surgery. However, this membership is packed with 50 recipes inside to support someone immediately post-op! You will be able to navigate through those liquid, puree, and soft food recipes until you’re ready to move forward.

Will I Receive the Actual Recipes to Make the Meals?

Yes, indeed! Every monthly meal plan comes complete with detailed recipes, making it a breeze to prepare your culinary delights. From ingredients to step-by-step instructions, we've got you covered. New meal plans drop on the 26th of every month!

What if I’m Navigating a Weight Loss Plateau?

Our meal plans are strategically designed to help break through any stalls or plateaus. But please keep in mind that breaking a weight loss plateau does not happen over night. This could take days, weeks, or months because everyone’s body is different! However this membership will help give you the most important thing to break that stall…… consistency.

Are Vegan and Vegetarian Options Included in the Meal Plans?

Unfortunately, at this time, vegan and vegetarian options are not included. Over time, we hope to expand our meal plans to accommodate these nutritional needs.
